About Our Nurse Practitioners

All of our nurse practitioners provide medical services under Dr. Nsouli's active supervision. Dr. Nsouli is always available for real-time consultation.

Cynthia Schluckebier,
RN, MSN, FNP-BC

Cindy is highly trained and experienced. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner and Master of Science in Nursing from the collaborative George Mason/George Washington University program and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the National Nursing Honor Society. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed by the Virginia and Washington, D.C. Boards of Nursing. She is a member of the Northern Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Cindy has advanced skills, education and training in a health care specialty. Cindy's health care specialty is the treatment of allergy and asthma. She also has particular interest and experience in special testing for drug allergies. Cindy provides health care services similar to those provided by physicians; including the administration of physical exams, the treatment of illnesses, and the prescribing of medication

Mehrnoush Fakhriyazdi,
RN, MSN, FNP-BC

Mrs. Fakhriyazdi is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been a nurse for 11 years. Most recently, she was a Pulmonary and Critical Care Nurse Practitioner at Inova Faiifax Hospital in Falls Church

Mrs. Fakhriyazdi is highly trained and experienced. She received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Marymount University. Mrs. Fakhriyazdi is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and she is licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Mrs. Fakliriyazdi is a Registered Nurse with advanced skills, education and training. She provides health care services similar to those provided by physicians, including the administration of physical exams, the treatment of illnesses, the prescribing of medications, and the ordering and interpreting of laboratory tests and X-rays
